Full Value Redemption
The trade-in value must be used in full during the transaction and cannot be divided or exchanged for cash.
Remaining Value
If the total value of the products selected is less than the trade-in value, the remaining balance will not be refunded or carried over.

Offer Duration
The trade-in offer is valid for 6 months from the date of your original purchase invoice.
Required Invoice
You must present your original invoice, with the "Trade-in" stamp, when redeeming the offer.
Lost Invoice
If the original trade-in invoice is lost, it cannot be replaced.
Product Condition
The trade-in value is only eligible once we receive the old product in complete condition.
