How often should I replace the refill cartridge?
The upper filtration chamber & the stainless steel spray plate should be cleaned when needed as per the maintenance instructions in the product manual and replaced every 12 months.
The NMC filter cartridge located in the Ionic Shower Filter’s handle should be replaced every 4 months.

Warranty
We grant a two-year warranty from the date of purchase on all our products, provided that they have been purchased directly from our authorized dealer, and provided that the original sales receipt is presented
Within the warranty period, we guarantee FREE elimination of any defects in the product, resulting from faults in material or workmanship by either repairing or replacing the complete product at our discretion
Parts replaced or repaired by us are warranted for the balance of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer
This warranty does not cover: damage due to improper use, accident, abuse, alteration, misuse or damage caused by an act of God, as well as defects that have a negligible effect on the value or operation of the appliance
This warranty becomes void if repairs are undertaken by unauthorized persons
To obtain service within the warranty period, please hand in the product with your sales receipt to the authorized dealer at your point of purchase
Please note that any courier or customs charges incurred for sending a replacement or spare part will be the responsibility of the customer.
